To join a virtual sales appointment you must download the "Zoom Cloud Meeting" application on a mobile device or tablet. Our service department will provide you with a meeting ID at the time of scheduling your appointment. Once your appointment time arrives, simply open the Zoom Cloud Meeting app, enter your meeting ID, and our technician will guide you through the rest.
