The Lifestory Research 2021 America’s Most Trusted® HVAC Brand Study identified Trane as the most trusted brand among people considering the purchase of an HVAC system for their home. Trane generated a Net Trust Quotient Score of 117.3 and the 5 Star Trust Rating among people actively shopping for an HVAC system. Trane received the best reviews and trust ratings among the most popular brands as judged by consumers. By winning the #1 trust rating again, Trane now has the distinction of being recognized as “America’s Most Trusted® HVAC Brand” for seven consecutive years 2015-2021.
The Lifestory Research 2021 America’s Most Trusted® HVAC Brand study examines trust among consumers actively shopping for an HVAC system. The 2021 ranking is based on 6,453 opinions of people surveyed between January and December in the United States. Brands included in the final ranking were nationally recognized by people who were actively shopping for an HVAC system. The trust score is calculated based on how thousands of people judge the merits of more than 500 brands and product segments. Brands included in the final ranking were nationally recognized with enough survey responses to achieve a 95% confidence level with no more than a 2% margin of error.
