COVID-19 Update #2

We want you to know that we are still here for you to service all your needs as we always have been. We are deemed an essential business under Governor Sununu's directive, and we are still permitted to operate. Summer is coming. It is inevitable. We are all going to need our air conditioners as we are spending more time indoors than ever before. In the midst of the spread of COVID-19, we still encourage you to get your air conditioner ready for summer before it is too late. The safety of the public and of our employees is our greatest priority. We want you to know that we are following the highest standards of cleanliness and social distancing to prevent the spread of this virus. We have many of our office employees working remotely when possible to prevent the spread. In addition, we have mandated that if anyone is showing any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone that tested positive, that they stay home for 2 weeks. We have also equipped our Service Technicians with the following preventative measures to make sure when we come to your home, you can feel good about the safety of you and your family: • Masks will be worn upon entering the home • Disposable gloves will be worn • Shoe covers have been provided to wear over their boots to protect your floors and prohibit transmission from place to place • Moistened wipes and paper towels have been provided to all technicians for proper hand cleaning What can you do to make a Service Visit as safe as possible? • No handshakes or any physical greeting gestures at this time • Follow the CDC guidelines with proper hand washing and sanitizing • Help us by maintaining a 6 foot distance from Technicians at all times • We are not requiring that service invoices be signed at this time • We accept many forms of payment and will continue to do so. However, at this time, cash and check would be the least safest alternative to prevent contact and spread. If possible, payment by credit card or asking you to pay for your bill online, would be the safest alternative We at Key Heating and Air Conditioning have proudly been serving our community for 27 years now and we will continue to do so.
