Coronavirus - Key HVAC Safety Measures

Dear Customers,

As coronavirus (COVID-19) has begun to spread in the United States, we know that many of you have already taken steps to ensure your family's wellbeing. We've been monitoring the situation closely and following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We strictly enforce personal hygiene techniques that are most effective at combating viruses, such as hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and, we've asked employees who are feeling ill to stay home. Our service technicians have been proactively disinfecting themselves and equipment in-between calls, in addition to wearing disposable gloves.

We respectfully request that if you or a family member is feeling sick or if you answer “yes” to any of these questions to please let the office know and we can reschedule your appointment to help prevent spread to our technicians and other customers:

· Have you or anyone in your household had a viral illness in the last 14 days?

· Have you traveled to a high-risk location as defined by the CDC guidelines?

· Have you recently traveled by cruise ship?

· Have you been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibited symptoms of the virus?

Our team is also working hard to help you with your needs at home. As customers are focused on keeping their families well, we've experienced a high demand for products such as air purifiers and ultraviolet disinfecting systems that play a factor in inactivating coronavirus and other pathogens with UVC germicidal technologies. It is not known how effective UV light is at killing COVID-19, but it has been proven to be effective against previous strains of coronavirus.

Should you have questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us directly 603-436-8811.
