Membership Plans

Membership Plans Terms & Conditions: 

Important Membership Notes: Initial commitment is 12 months, then month-to-month. Included maintenance visit(s) become available immediately (season permitting); discounts and diagnostic benefits may be used immediately upon enrollment. Replacement credit is earned per membership after each completed membership year - subject to the plan maximum and cannot be combined with another membership credit or other promotions. Qualifying Key Premium emergency calls received before 4:30 PM do not incur an after-hours emergency fee.  Unused visits and credits are forfeited when membership ends. Gas on demand water heaters may enroll in Key Primary at $15/Month. 

Monthly Memberships: Purchasing a Monthly Membership, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Membership fee at the then-current Monthly Membership rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel the membership. You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. 

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms: Once you enroll in a Monthly Membership Key will automatically process your Monthly Membership fee in the next billing cycle.  Key will continue to automatically process your Monthly Membership each month at the then-current rate, until you cancel your plan. You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy: 

​You may cancel your Monthly Membership by calling us at 603-436-8811 and requesting a cancellation.  Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested 30 days prior to the next billing day.  You may billed a cancellation fee equal to the balance of the annual rate or $150 whichever is higher and depending on services rendered at the time of cancellation. ​
